Participant Guides for Must Haves^SM Video Series (pack of 25)

For each of the Must Haves^SM, the Participant Implementation Guide is designed not only as a resource for the training itself but also for that time beyond the training when the participant must implement the actions identified as a result of the training.

The Participant Implementation Guides and Action Grids can be ordered separately for each Must Have^SM. The packs include 25 Partcipant Implementation Guides for that Must Have^SM and 25 two-part Action Grids.

• Section 1: Introduction This section provides an introduction to the Healthcare Flywheel^SM and the Must Haves^SM and states the learning objectives of the session.
• Section 2: Content Overview and Participant Discussion Sheets/Notes This section provides an overview of that particular Must Have^SM, the participant discussion sheet for use during the feedback section, and blank note pages.
• Section 3: Tools This section provides examples of tools such as the Action Grid that will be appropriate in implementing the Must Have^SM.
• Section 4: References and Other Resources This section references other available resources and provides a glossary of terms.

The Action Grids are two-part and allow participants to create a plan to hardwire that Must Have^SM and immediately give a copy to their supervisor.
