I find that in these tough economic times, there is a lot of uncertainty and anxiety in healthcare. After all, the operating environment is very difficult. Investment earnings are down. Capital is tight. Bad debt is up. Lay-offs may loom.

As leaders, it’s our responsibility to ensure leaders and employees aren’t paralyzed by anxiety.
