When placing a purchase order, what information is needed?

You will need to provide your name, shipping address, billing address, telephone number, email address, and purchase order number.

How can I get a copy of an invoice for a previous order?

  • Log in to www.firestarterpublishing.com with your email address and password
  • Click on “My Profile” at the top right corner of the home page
  • Click on “Registration and Order History” tab
  • Choose which order number you need invoice for and print

How can I track my package?

  • Log in to www.firestarterpublishing.com with your email address and password
  • Click on “My Profile” at the top right corner of the home page
  • Click on “Registration and Order History” tab
  • Click on the order number you want to track
  • Once in the order you are searching, select “click here to track your package”
  • You will be able to view status of your delivery on UPS website

Can I preview a video before purchasing?

There is a 30 day preview period after purchasing a video where if it does not meet your needs or expectations, you can return it for a full refund. Please see our return policy for more details.

Can I use third party shipping?

We do not accept third party shipping. We utilize the excellent service of UPS to provide great service at competitive rates for shipping our products.

What is your return policy?

In order to facilitate returns and ensure proper credit to your account, the following conditions must be met:

  • Books must be in new, saleable (non-shelf-worn) condition. Stripped cover returns are unacceptable.
  • Books must be packed carefully and with sufficient packaging material to prevent in-transit damage.
  • The invoice or/and order number and date on which the books were billed must be provided with the return. Books returned with this information and in saleable condition will be credited 100 percent of the invoice price minus shipping.
  • Freight charges for returning books must be paid for by the customer. Freight collect shipments will be refused. For your protection, we highly recommend using a traceable shipping method such as UPS or FedEx Ground. FSP is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
  • There is not an expiration date for returns. As long as the above criteria have been met, the return will be processed.
